Limo Service, Limo Rental and Airport Shuttle in Tyler, TX

For limo service in Tyler, TX, Limo SF VIP books the car and the chauffeur: pickups at Tyler Pounds Regional, the shuttle from DFW to Tyler and back, limo rental for prom and weddings across East Texas, and sedans for people visiting CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances or Brookshire Grocery's headquarters. Every Tyler limo service ride we book is run by a vetted local partner operator, and we stay on the booking from quote to drop-off. Send the date, the pickup address and your head count; the written quote reaches you in 15 to 30 minutes.

Getting around Tyler

Tyler is ringed by Loop 323, with Toll Loop 49 running farther out and I-20 along the north edge of town. US-69 cuts north to south through downtown. The Rose Garden and the Rose Museum share 420 Rose Park Drive, Rose Stadium is at 609 Fair Park Drive, and UT Tyler's Cowan Center sits at 3900 University Boulevard. Liberty Hall, the restored 1930s theater, holds about 300 people downtown.

October is the month to plan around. The 93rd Texas Rose Festival runs October 15 to 18, 2026, with the coronation at the Cowan Center on Friday and the Rose Parade at 9 am Saturday, heading west on Front Street from Glenwood Boulevard to Rose Stadium. Winter is the other variable: in the January 2026 ice storm, FM 849 shut between I-20 and Toll 49 with cars stuck on it.

Tyler airport shuttle and transfers to DFW and Love Field

Tyler Pounds Regional (TYR) is about 8 miles west on Highway 64, roughly 13 minutes from town, with American Eagle flights to DFW. Cars can't sit in front of the terminal, so the chauffeur parks in the short-term lot and comes inside to meet you. If the connection doesn't suit you, drive instead: DFW is 119 miles (about 2 hours), Love Field 103 miles, and a Tyler to Dallas shuttle in a sedan, SUV or Sprinter is priced as one trip. East Texas Regional in Longview is 35 miles away, and Houston Intercontinental is close to four hours.

My wife and I worked with Igor and Limo SF VIP for our wedding. They did an absolutely amazing job. They provided both a luxury sprinter van to carry the bridal party and groomsmen to a first look sight at the busy palace of fine arts and then to the venue and provided luxury ~50-person bus for guests to leave venue. All of the drivers were responsive, and kind. At the end of the night the bus driver even spent an extra ~30 minutes driving the late-night party crew to several different bars after some we intended to go were closed. Overall, 6/5 service. Their prices are fair, and the team is wonderful to work with. I'd highly recommend Limo SF VIP to anyone looking for coach, private limo, or large party needs.

Excellent service! As I was boarding my flight on my way to SFO I was able to book and confirm the service last minute, so quickly. Our driver waited for us by baggage claim and helped us out with our numerous bags. The car was also fabulous! Arriving to SF in style!

Tyler limo and airport shuttle questions

Inside the terminal, near where you collect your bags. The City of Tyler's airport page warns that unauthorized vehicles parked in front of the building can be towed, and it publishes no separate limousine lane, so the chauffeur leaves the car in the short-term lot and walks in to find you. TYR is a small one-airline field with American Eagle flights from DFW, so the walk back out to the car is short. Include your American Eagle flight in the booking, and the chauffeur walks in when that plane is actually on the ground.

It depends on your connection. TYR is about 13 minutes from town, but every flight goes through DFW. If the second leg is a long wait or a pricey fare, flying straight into DFW and riding 119 miles (roughly two hours) can come out ahead, especially for a family that would otherwise rent a car. Love Field is a little closer at about 103 miles, East Texas Regional in Longview, 35 miles east, is the other nearby option. Each Dallas run is quoted as one fixed trip.

Yes. The chauffeur leaves for DFW based on your live landing time, not the time printed on the ticket, so a delay pushes the pickup back with it. The first 40 minutes after the officially posted arrival cost nothing; past that, the clock runs in 15-minute steps at the vehicle's hourly rate. The chauffeur parks and meets you inside, and from there it's 119 miles, about two hours, to Tyler, so plan on a late arrival at the hotel.

Per vehicle. A private transfer between Tyler and Dallas is priced as one trip for the car, so splitting it among friends lowers each person's share, while a bigger group simply moves up to an SUV or Sprinter. Distance matters too: Love Field is about 103 miles and DFW 119. Our terms add a 20% gratuity to the fare, and it appears as its own line on the bill rather than being left to the end of the ride.

Book them as two separate charters. The Matinee Coronation (2 pm) and Evening Coronation (7 pm) are on Friday, October 16, at the Cowan Center, 3900 University Boulevard, and a car can wait through the show. The Rose Parade starts at 9 am Saturday, assembling at Front Street and Glenwood Boulevard and heading west to Rose Stadium, so Front Street itself is no place for a pickup. We set the meeting corner on a side street off the route and print it on your quote.

December 11 and 12, 2026, at the R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Center. Friday has Nursing at 9 am and Engineering with Health Professions at 1 pm; Saturday has Arts and Sciences with Education at 9 am and the Soules College of Business at 1 pm. A family flying in can book the TYR or DFW transfer, the ceremony run and the dinner afterward as one itinerary. Check which day your graduate's college walks before you book flights, because the four ceremonies are split across both days.

Yes, for both. Brookshire Grocery Company is headquartered in Tyler, and CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances and UT Health East Texas are among the city's largest employers. An executive sedan or SUV can collect a guest at TYR, or straight from DFW for anyone who would rather not connect, and stay through an afternoon of meetings on an hourly booking. Send the names, flight and meeting addresses, and the written quote comes back in 15 to 30 minutes.

It should. TxDMV requires a motor carrier to register when it operates a vehicle designed to carry more than 15 passengers, driver included, so a party bus of that size falls under the state rule; a sedan or Sprinter does not. Tyler rides we arrange are driven by partner operators, so ask us for the operator's TxDMV certificate number and insurance certificate and ask whether it holds the City of Tyler transportation-for-hire permit. Ask for those papers when you request the quote, not on prom night.

We move the time before we move the risk. That storm left cars stuck on FM 849 on January 26, and officials told drivers to stay home. When ice is in the forecast we phone you first and offer an earlier start or a later one. The chauffeur makes the call on whether the roads are safe that day, and the quote you accepted already spells out weather and cancellation terms. If your flight is affected too, check your airline as well.

Rose Festival weekend, December commencement and spring Saturdays. The 2026 Texas Rose Festival runs October 15 to 18, with the coronation, the Saturday parade on Front Street and the Queen's Tea crowding venues and roads across three days. UT Tyler's ceremonies are December 11 and 12 at the Cowan Center, and Tyler Junior College's fall ceremonies are scheduled for the same week. In spring, proms and weddings land on the same Saturday nights. If your date touches any of these, reserve the vehicle once the venue and time are settled.

It's about 7 miles south of Loop 49 on US-69, then 1.7 miles off FM 344 East in Bullard. Kiepersol's tasting room is at 21556-B Merlot Lane, and the winery, distillery and restaurant share the property, so a group can taste, eat and head back without a second stop. A Sprinter seats up to 14, which covers a birthday group or two families together. For a longer day, pair it with an afternoon in the Rose Garden at 420 Rose Park Drive.

Yes. Sunset Oaks is at 10361 Highway 110, about 5.5 miles northwest of Loop 323 on the road toward Lindale, and 9.3 miles from the State Highway 110 exit on I-20 for guests coming in from Dallas. Booked hourly, the chauffeur brings the couple from a downtown church or hotel, waits through the reception and takes guests back to their Tyler hotels at the end. A Sprinter handles the wedding party; a sedan or SUV is enough for the couple's exit.
