Getting around Fayetteville

Fayetteville is the Washington County seat and, at 93,949 people in 2020, the second-largest city in Arkansas. I-49 is the spine: north it runs six lanes past Springdale and Rogers to Bentonville, 24.7 miles and about 35 minutes away; south it climbs the Boston Mountains through the Bobby Hopper Tunnel toward Fort Smith. Dickson Street ties the Square to campus, with the Walton Arts Center at 495 West Dickson roughly halfway along.

Football Saturdays change the map. The stadium, renamed CommunityAmerica Razorback Stadium in June 2026, sits at 350 North Razorback Road and holds 76,212, and from 11:59 the night before each home game the university starts clearing its commuter lots. Four home dates remain in 2026: October 10, October 31, November 14 and November 28.

Car service to XNA airport and other airports from Fayetteville

Northwest Arkansas National (XNA) is in Highfill, 19.7 miles and about 33 minutes up I-49 and Highway 612. It handled 2.5 million passengers in 2025. The airport allows drop-offs at the curb but no waiting there, so for arrivals the chauffeur parks and meets you inside the terminal. Tulsa International is 109 miles away, close to two hours, and that run, like any long one-way shuttle, is priced as one trip; hourly rates apply to charters.

Game days, shows and business trips in Fayetteville

Razorback weekends. A car from your hotel to the stadium and back, set up as a drop-off plus a fixed pickup time, or kept by the hour if you're bouncing between a tailgate, the game and dinner.

Dickson Street nights. The Walton Arts Center asks drivers to use the loading zone out front on Dickson and to loop around by West Avenue for the pickup after the show. Dirty Dancing runs October 21 to 25.

University of Arkansas families. Commencement weekends, the Spring 2027 move-in on January 13 and 14, and the December 11 hall closing. A Sprinter fits a student, the family and the boxes in one trip from XNA.

Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. Sedans and SUVs for meetings at Walmart's home office, and Sprinter vans for a museum day at 600 Museum Way, which closes on Tuesdays.

My wife and I worked with Igor and Limo SF VIP for our wedding. They did an absolutely amazing job. They provided both a luxury sprinter van to carry the bridal party and groomsmen to a first look sight at the busy palace of fine arts and then to the venue and provided luxury ~50-person bus for guests to leave venue. All of the drivers were responsive, and kind. At the end of the night the bus driver even spent an extra ~30 minutes driving the late-night party crew to several different bars after some we intended to go were closed. Overall, 6/5 service. Their prices are fair, and the team is wonderful to work with. I'd highly recommend Limo SF VIP to anyone looking for coach, private limo, or large party needs.

Excellent service! As I was boarding my flight on my way to SFO I was able to book and confirm the service last minute, so quickly. Our driver waited for us by baggage claim and helped us out with our numerous bags. The car was also fabulous! Arriving to SF in style!

Fayetteville limo and car service questions

At a meeting spot we give you before your flight. Northwest Arkansas National lets cars drop passengers at the curb but prohibits waiting or parking there, and it publishes no separate spot for limousines, so the car stays in an area XNA permits. Give us the airline and flight number at booking. From the terminal in Highfill it is 19.7 miles, around 33 minutes, to downtown Fayetteville.

Sometimes, when Tulsa has the nonstop or the fare and XNA doesn't. Tulsa International is 108.8 road miles from Fayetteville, close to 1 hour 57 minutes, while XNA is under 20 miles away and served about 2.5 million passengers on 10 airlines in 2025. So weigh the fare saved against four hours of round-trip driving. If Tulsa wins, we price the ride to TUL as one fixed transfer in a sedan, SUV or Sprinter, not by the hour.

For a group, usually yes, and for two people the buses are fine. The university runs routes 88 and 89 starting three hours before kickoff, roughly every 10 minutes, ending about an hour after the game, and its commuter lots start clearing at 11:59 the night before. A car gives you a drop near Razorback Road and a pickup at a time you choose. Four home games are left this season, starting with Tennessee on October 10 and closing with LSU the Saturday after Thanksgiving, November 28.

At the loading zone out front on Dickson Street, both ways. The Walton Arts Center at 495 West Dickson asks drivers to drop guests at that zone and, after the curtain, to loop around by West Avenue and collect them at the same spot, so the chauffeur doesn't need a space in the West Avenue or Spring Street decks. Dirty Dancing: The Musical plays the Walton Arts Center October 21 to 25, 2026.

Halls close at 5 pm on Friday, December 11, 2026, reopen at noon on Sunday, January 3, 2027, and Spring 2027 move-in at the assigned hall runs January 14 from 8:30 to noon and 12:30 to 4:30. Fourteen riders and fourteen suitcases is the most a Sprinter holds, so one run from XNA covers the student, the family and the boxes. Commencement dates for December and May are posted at commencement.uark.edu; the spring 2026 ceremonies began on Friday, May 8.

Yes, and it's a short commute. Bentonville is 24.7 road miles from Fayetteville, around 35 minutes up I-49, which is six lanes from exit 62 at Highway 16 up to exit 88. A sedan fits up to three, an SUV up to five, and a Sprinter carries a team of up to 14. Book point to point for a single meeting, or hourly if the day runs from the hotel to the home office, then lunch and XNA.

The calendar and the clock matter most. Razorback Saturdays already sit at the week’s top rate, a level that prom and wedding season share. A game day with waiting built in simply runs longer than one XNA transfer on a Wednesday. Next come vehicle size, mileage or hours, and the hourly minimum each vehicle has. The chauffeur’s 20 percent gratuity is added on the base fare, any stops or waiting, and holiday surcharges, then shown as a separate line on the final bill.

Federal operating authority, because the ride crosses a state line. ARDOT, the Arkansas Department of Transportation, licenses carriers whose trips stay wholly inside Arkansas, and its own page notes that interstate authority comes from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. You can look up any carrier free on FMCSA’s SAFER Company Snapshot by USDOT or MC number. Partner operators run our Fayetteville rides, and SAFER is where you can confirm a carrier’s interstate authority yourself.

Mostly through a few bad days a year. Fayetteville averages about 6.5 inches of snow and roughly 10 days with highs below freezing, and ice storms happen too. South of town I-49 crosses the Boston Mountains on high gorge bridges and through the Bobby Hopper Tunnel. If freezing rain is in the forecast for your date, expect a call from us offering to leave ahead of it or to push the ride back. Your chauffeur has the last word on any stretch of road, and the quote spells out our weather and cancellation rules.

Start with the four remaining Razorback home Saturdays: October 10, October 31, November 14 and November 28. Dirty Dancing plays the Walton Arts Center on Dickson Street from October 21 to 25. The residence halls close for winter on December 11, and spring move-in follows on January 13 and 14, 2027. One change worth knowing: Bikes, Blues and BBQ, long tied to Dickson Street, was held in downtown Rogers this year, September 30 to October 3, just north, between Fayetteville and Bentonville.

Yes, on any day except Tuesdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas, when Crystal Bridges is closed. The museum at 600 Museum Way in Bentonville is about 35 minutes from Fayetteville, general admission is free, and Thursdays and Fridays it stays open until 8 pm. Hire a Sprinter for the day and it can drop you at the front entrance by Roxy Paine's sculpture Yield, where parking isn't allowed, then take you to The Momentary, the arts space in a former cheese factory, before dinner.

By shuttle from the hotels, so nobody hunts for parking in a garden lot. The garden sits on the east side of Lake Fayetteville near the Springdale line, with 44 acres and about six of them planted. A Sprinter carries up to 14 guests per run, a mini coach 27 to 36, and a sedan or SUV can take the couple. For a smaller ceremony in town, the Walton Arts Center's rose garden amphitheater on Dickson Street hosts up to 200.
