Car Service, Limo Service and VIP Transportation in The Villages, FL

Limo SF VIP sets up car service, limo service and private transportation in The Villages: airport transportation services to Orlando, Sanford and Tampa, cruise runs to Port Canaveral, rides to medical appointments, and a VIP car service or a Sprinter as a VIP shuttle service when family comes to visit. The cars are driven by vetted partner operators in Central Florida, and our team handles the booking from first call to drop-off. Tell us where you're starting, where you're headed and how many are coming, and a written quote follows in 15 to 30 minutes.

Getting around The Villages

The Villages stretches across parts of Sumter, Lake and Marion counties, about 45 miles northwest of Orlando and 20 south of Ocala, so the village name and full street address matter when you book. US 27/441 marks the east edge and Florida's Turnpike starts at I-75 in Wildwood, with an exit at SR 44. Evening entertainment centers on the town squares: Spanish Springs at 1051 Main Street, Lake Sumter Landing Market Square at 1020 Lake Sumter Landing, and Brownwood Paddock Square at 2726 Brownwood Boulevard.

Two timing notes. The free music on the squares runs an hour later from June through September, which the organizers say is to dodge the heat and storm delays. And hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30, with the busiest stretch from mid-August to mid-October.

Airport transportation and shuttle service from The Villages

Orlando International (MCO) is about 68 miles and 1 hour 13 minutes away, and MCO only lets companies on its vehicle-for-hire permit list collect passengers who booked ahead. Orlando Sanford (SFB), home to Allegiant flights, is 56 miles and about 1 hour 18 minutes. Tampa (TPA) runs 88 miles and Gainesville (GNV) about 65. Each is priced as one fixed transfer, and the chauffeur parks and comes inside to meet you.

My wife and I worked with Igor and Limo SF VIP for our wedding. They did an absolutely amazing job. They provided both a luxury sprinter van to carry the bridal party and groomsmen to a first look sight at the busy palace of fine arts and then to the venue and provided luxury ~50-person bus for guests to leave venue. All of the drivers were responsive, and kind. At the end of the night the bus driver even spent an extra ~30 minutes driving the late-night party crew to several different bars after some we intended to go were closed. Overall, 6/5 service. Their prices are fair, and the team is wonderful to work with. I'd highly recommend Limo SF VIP to anyone looking for coach, private limo, or large party needs.

Excellent service! As I was boarding my flight on my way to SFO I was able to book and confirm the service last minute, so quickly. Our driver waited for us by baggage claim and helped us out with our numerous bags. The car was also fabulous! Arriving to SF in style!

Questions about limo and car service in The Villages

It means the car that meets you at MCO has to come from a company on the airport’s vehicle-for-hire permit list, which MCO posts so you can check it. MCO doesn’t publish a fixed meeting spot for chauffeured cars, so the car parks within MCO’s rules and you’ll receive the meeting place before departure. The trip home is about 68 miles and an hour and 13 minutes in light traffic. The first 40 minutes of waiting at MCO cost nothing, counted from the official posted arrival.

Sanford can be, if your airline flies there. SFB is 56 miles away, about an hour and 18 minutes, and its carriers are Allegiant, Arajet, Sun Country on a seasonal basis, and BermudAir starting October 2026. Tampa International is the longest drive of the three at 88 miles and roughly an hour and 41 minutes, so it mostly makes sense for a fare or a nonstop you can't find in Orlando. Gainesville (GNV), about 65 miles north, is the other option for some connections.

A private car makes sense when you’d rather not share the ride or wait for a set departure. The shared vans board from Level 1 at numbered spaces, A14 and A15 in Terminal A, B63 and B64 in Terminal B, and C205 to C209 in Terminal C, and MCO notes that not every destination is served on a regular schedule. A sedan or SUV leaves when you land and goes straight to your street. For a family of four or more with suitcases, one SUV or Sprinter keeps everyone and the bags together.

Yes. Book it hourly and the car stays nearby, or as two separate runs with a pickup time set from the show's listed end. The Sharon L. Morse Performing Arts Center is at 1051 Main Street, the same address as Spanish Springs Town Square, and seats just over 1,000 people. Gladys Knight is on its calendar for 7 pm on November 1, 2026. Savannah Center on North Buena Vista Boulevard, with about 850 seats, works the same way.

Yes, and yes: UF Health's old web address for The Villages Hospital now opens the Spanish Plaines Hospital page, at 1451 El Camino Real. A sedan or SUV can take you there, or to a specialist in Gainesville or Orlando, and an hourly booking keeps the car with you through a long day of tests. These are ordinary passenger cars without medical staff or equipment, so mention a walker, a wheelchair or any help getting in and out, and we'll confirm what the local operator can provide.

The drive is about 112 miles and close to two hours, and the port only admits vehicles holding a Canaveral Port Authority permit, with fares arranged and paid before the trip. That rules out flagging something down at the pier for the trip home. Give us your ship and terminal: Terminals 5, 6, 8 and 10 are on Charles Rowland Drive, Terminal 3 sits on Christopher Columbus Drive and Terminal 1 on Discovery Road. Tell us your boarding time and the departure is set on the quote.

Mainly the miles and the vehicle. A run to MCO, about 68 miles, or to Port Canaveral, about 112, is priced as one fixed transfer, so a 5 am departure isn’t billed by the clock. Each vehicle class has its own rate. Time matters on hourly bookings, such as a show night or a medical day, which carry a minimum set by the vehicle. Extra stops add to the fare, waiting past the free window runs in 15-minute steps, and a 20% gratuity is shown as its own line.

Two permits matter here, plus proof of insurance. Orlando International posts a list of the companies allowed to collect prebooked passengers, and Port Canaveral lets a vehicle work its terminals only with a Canaveral Port Authority decal. Florida law, in section 324.032, sets the liability coverage owners of limousines and similar for-hire cars must carry, and FLHSMV, the state motor vehicle agency, administers it. Your ride is driven by a vetted partner operator, and MCO’s posted list and FLHSMV are the places to check.

Plan for summer weather delays and the hurricane season’s peak. Hurricane season lasts from June 1 to November 30, and the National Hurricane Center puts the busiest weeks between mid-August and mid-October. When a named storm shows up in the forecast for your travel day, we phone ahead with two options: set off earlier, or pick another date. Whether a road is fit to drive is the chauffeur’s final call, and your accepted quote spells out how a storm-cancelled ride is treated.

Ask early for the nights with headline shows and the festival weekends. On The Sharon's calendar, Gary Sinise Presents Graceful Warrior is October 18, The Carpenters Songbook is October 30 and Gladys Knight is November 1, 2026. Savannah Center lists shows on October 8 to 10, 15, 16 and 21. Mount Dora's Craft Fair falls on the fourth weekend of October, and its Arts Festival on the first full weekend of February 2027.

Yes. Mount Dora is about 28 miles and 43 minutes away, and a Mercedes Sprinter seats up to 14, so a group of up to 14 rides together. The downtown overlooks Lake Dora and is lined with antique shops, and the town has a freshwater lighthouse. Book it by the hour so the van waits while you browse and eat lunch. The fourth weekend of October brings the Craft Fair, so expect crowds downtown then.

Yes. Leesburg International (LEE) is a general aviation field about three miles northeast of downtown Leesburg in Lake County, one of the three counties The Villages spans. U.S. Customs and Border Protection lists it as a user-fee airport, so a private flight coming back from abroad can clear customs there. Give us the tail number, the arrival time and the name of the hangar or FBO you're using, and the chauffeur meets you there when you taxi in.
