Limo SF VIP arranges car service, party bus hire and luxury limo services in Aguadilla for people landing at Rafael Hernández Airport and heading for the west coast: Rincón surf houses, Isabela resorts, weddings above the Atlantic and meetings at the old Ramey base. It's Puerto Rico limo service run by local partner operators that we book and support. Send the date, the pickup and the number of riders, and a written quote comes back in 15 to 30 minutes.
Getting around Aguadilla
Aguadilla sits on the island's northwest corner, with ocean on two sides and about 55,000 residents. The airport, BQN, occupies the former Ramey Air Force Base north of town, roughly 6 miles and 10 minutes from the center. From there PR-110 heads east toward Isabela and PR-107 drops toward town and the road south. Isabela is about 9 miles away, Rincón about 16 and a half (call it 27 minutes), and Mayagüez 23.
The thing visitors underestimate is San Juan. SJU is about 85 miles off, roughly 1 hour 43 minutes when traffic is light, and PR-22 ends at Hatillo, so the rest of the way is on other roads such as PR-2. Plan around that, and around hurricane season, which peaks in early to mid September.
BQN arrivals and Aguadilla car service to SJU
BQN is a two-gate terminal with JetBlue, Frontier and United flights to Florida, New York and Newark, and Avelo adding Lakeland and New Haven in late 2026. The airport publishes no limousine pickup zone, so the chauffeur parks and meets you inside. San Juan transfers in either direction are priced as one trip, not by the hour.
Surf trips, weddings and west-coast charters
Surf season. From December to March the big North Atlantic swells reach Rincón's breaks at Domes, Maria's and Tres Palmas; Domes hosted the 1968 World Surfing Championship. Tell us how many boards are coming so the quote lists a vehicle with room for them.
Weddings. Royal Isabela offers nine ceremony sites, including a garden at the 17th hole above the Atlantic, Villa Montaña Beach Resort is in Isabela, and Rincón Beach Resort is at Road 115 Km 5.8 in Añasco. A sedan for the couple plus a Sprinter shuttle for guests is one simple way to cover the day.
Business at Ramey. For Lufthansa Technik's hangars at the airport, Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen, or the Honeywell and Hewlett Packard Enterprise sites at the San Antonio Technological Park, a sedan between hotel, gate and airport can be booked on one quote.
Party bus nights. A party bus or Sprinter for a birthday or a group night between Aguadilla, Isabela and Rincón is booked by the hour.
Vehicles available through our Aguadilla partners
Executive sedans (up to 3 passengers), luxury SUVs (up to 5), Mercedes Sprinter vans (up to 14), party buses and stretch limousines sized to your group, and mini coaches and motorcoaches (27 to 56) for wedding guest shuttles or a UPR Aguadilla commencement crowd. Exact capacity is confirmed in your quote, because partner vehicles vary.

Limo SF vip I highly recommend itPosted on Google Benjamin RudinskiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife and I worked with Igor and Limo SF VIP for our wedding. They did an absolutely amazing job. They provided both a luxury sprinter van to carry the bridal party and groomsmen to a first look sight at the busy palace of fine arts and then to the venue and provided luxury ~50-person bus for guests to leave venue. All of the drivers were responsive, and kind. At the end of the night the bus driver even spent an extra ~30 minutes driving the late-night party crew to several different bars after some we intended to go were closed. Overall, 6/5 service. Their prices are fair, and the team is wonderful to work with. I'd highly recommend Limo SF VIP to anyone looking for coach, private limo, or large party needs.Posted on Google Viviana MárquezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service! As I was boarding my flight on my way to SFO I was able to book and confirm the service last minute, so quickly. Our driver waited for us by baggage claim and helped us out with our numerous bags. The car was also fabulous! Aguadilla party bus, car and limo questions
A short one, yes. Rafael Hernández Airport doesn't publish a zone for prearranged limousines, so the chauffeur parks the vehicle and comes into the terminal to find you near the bag belts. The building is compact, with gates 14 and 15 and separate domestic and international arrival sections, so tell us which one your flight uses and the meeting takes a minute. Give us the flight number; a late landing moves the pickup, and the first 40 minutes after the posted arrival cost nothing.
It comes down to an hour and a half of road against the price of the ticket. SJU sits about 85 miles from Aguadilla, roughly an hour and 43 minutes in light traffic, and PR-22 ends at Hatillo, so the rest of the way is on other roads such as PR-2. BQN, by contrast, is about 10 minutes from town. San Juan makes sense when the ticket gap is large or no BQN flight fits your dates. Either way, the San Juan run carries one fixed fare per vehicle, not an hourly meter.
Yes, if we know the board count up front. Rincón is about 16 and a half miles from the airport, close to half an hour south via PR-107, and from December into March the North Atlantic swells pull surfers to Domes, Maria's and Tres Palmas; Domes hosted the 1968 World Surfing Championship. Long boards don't fit every vehicle. Tell us how many riders and how many boards, with their lengths, and the quote will name a vehicle with room for both.
With a guest shuttle loop and a separate car for the couple. Royal Isabela's weddings page lists nine ceremony sites, from the 17th Hole Garden above the Atlantic to the Train Tunnel, and Isabela town is only about 9 miles from BQN, so Aguadilla hotels are an easy run. A 14-passenger Sprinter or a mini coach makes timed trips from the hotel lobby to the venue and back after the last dance. Villa Montaña Beach Resort and Rincón Beach Resort in Añasco work the same way; send the guest count and timings.
Start with the date, then the flights. UPR Aguadilla held its 53rd commencement on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, in Isabela, graduating 305 students, among them the first class of its new degree in Global and Digital Humanistic Studies; the 2027 date hasn't been published yet, so book the cars once the university announces it. One hourly Sprinter can collect a family of up to 14 from the airport or hotel, wait through the ceremony and carry everyone to a celebration dinner, which avoids juggling three rental cars at the ceremony venue.
Yes, to the gate or the address your host gives us. Ramey is no longer an Air Force base: the runway now serves Rafael Hernández Airport, Lufthansa Technik maintains airliners in hangars there, and the Coast Guard station sits on the airport's north side. Entry beyond the gate is controlled by the facility, not by the chauffeur, so bring the access details your host sends. Contractors heading to Honeywell or Hewlett Packard Enterprise at the San Antonio Technological Park can book the same way, with the airport return on one quote.
Vehicle size, hours booked and the date. A party bus is sized to your group; for a small group a Sprinter (up to 14) may be enough, and capacity is confirmed in the quote. Each vehicle has its own minimum number of hours. Saturdays and holiday nights run higher than weeknights. Transfers such as BQN to a Rincón villa are a fixed fare instead. Gratuity is 20 percent, itemized on the invoice with the fare, stop and wait time, and any holiday surcharge.
The island's transport regulator, known by its Spanish initials NTSP. It licenses for-hire passenger carriers on the island, including luxury and tourist transport, and a passenger can file a complaint online or at one of the bureau's regional offices. If the case becomes a sworn querella, the consumer protection office, OIPC (787-523-6962), can represent the passenger. Our Aguadilla rides are run by partner operators; before you pay, we can send you the operator's NTSP authorization and certificate of insurance so you know whose vehicle is coming.
We get in touch first and offer to move the pickup earlier or later. The Atlantic storm season lasts from the first of June to the end of November and peaks around September 10, and the west coast has been hit hard before: María in 2017 destroyed about 400 homes in Rincón alone. If flights are cancelled, the ride moves with the new flight. Whether PR-2 or a coast road is safe to drive that day is for the chauffeur to judge, and the written quote you receive already carries our storm and cancellation policy.
Four stretches stand out on the calendar. The big North Atlantic surf swells reach Rincón from December through March, and January and February are Rincón's whale-watching months. UPR Aguadilla held its 2026 commencement in June, on the 10th. Aguadilla's fiestas patronales for San Carlos Borromeo come in the fall; the municipality publishes the year's dates, so check its calendar before you plan around them. If your trip lands on any of these, send the date, the pickup and the group size, and reserve as early as your dates allow.
Yes, as one hourly booking. Punta Borinquen is a public 18-hole, par-72 course on the clifftop at the old Ramey base, first opened in 1940, and Crash Boat sits roughly halfway between Ramey and town, where the old piers once launched rescue boats for downed airmen. An SUV holds a foursome; their clubs need cargo room, so tell us the bag count. The chauffeur drops you at the clubhouse, comes back after the round and takes you down to the beach for the afternoon.
It works well in January and February, Rincón's whale-watching months. The drive south is about 27 minutes from the airport area, and Punta Higuera Lighthouse and the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve are both in Rincón. Add lunch in town, a look at the dome of the old BONUS reactor, and sunset on the way back, and the day fits a single hourly charter for up to 14 people. Send the stops you want and the quote shows the order and the hours.
