Limo Service and SLC Airport Shuttle in Logan, UT

Limo SF VIP arranges a private shuttle from SLC to Logan, the Logan to Salt Lake City shuttle run in the other direction, and limo and chauffeur service around Cache Valley: Aggie game nights, Utah State graduation, weddings from the temple to Wellsville, and sedans for visitors to Space Dynamics Laboratory. Rides in Logan are run by local partner operators that we book and support. Send the date, where you're starting from and how many are riding, and a written quote comes back in 15 to 30 minutes.

Getting around Logan and Cache Valley

Logan is the county seat of Cache County and the largest town in a valley that runs about 50 miles from Wellsville up into Franklin County, Idaho. Utah State University sits on the bench at the mouth of Logan Canyon, with the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum at 900 East 900 North and Maverik Stadium at 1000 North 800 East. Downtown, the Ellen Eccles Theatre at 43 South Main is home to the Utah Festival Opera each summer.

Free local buses cover getting across town. The airport is another matter, since the big one is 84 miles south, and that's where a Cache Valley shuttle booked only for your party earns its keep. Winter adds a second wrinkle: inversions settle over the valley, and both ways out, Sardine Canyon to the south and Logan Canyon to the east, are mountain roads.

SLC to Logan shuttle service, and Logan to Salt Lake City

Salt Lake City International (SLC) is 84 road miles from Logan, roughly an hour and a half: US-89/91 over Sardine Summit to Brigham City, then I-15 south. The airport lists curb spots for hotel vans, rideshare and counter-service shuttles but none for prearranged chauffeurs, so the chauffeur parks, then comes into the terminal to find you. Logan-Cache Airport (LGU), three miles northwest of town, has no airline flights; it serves private aircraft, cargo and USU team charters. The airport run is priced as one trip, door to door.

Weddings, Aggie events and business travel in Cache Valley

Weddings. The Logan Utah Temple occupies the block between 1st and 2nd North and 2nd and 3rd East, and the American West Heritage Center at 4025 South Highway 89-91 in Wellsville hosts receptions with wagon rides for guests. Book a Sprinter for family and a sedan for the newlyweds to cover the drive between them.

Graduation and game nights. USU's 140th commencement is Wednesday, May 5, 2027, with convocations through May 7. Spectrum basketball and Maverik Stadium football work as hourly charters.

Business visitors. Sedans and SUVs between SLC and Space Dynamics Laboratory in North Logan, the Schreiber Foods plant, or the USU campus, with both directions set on one quote.

Opera and canyon days. The 2027 opera season runs June 18 to July 13. Bear Lake is 39 miles up Logan Canyon, a National Scenic Byway, and about 52 minutes each way.

My wife and I worked with Igor and Limo SF VIP for our wedding. They did an absolutely amazing job. They provided both a luxury sprinter van to carry the bridal party and groomsmen to a first look sight at the busy palace of fine arts and then to the venue and provided luxury ~50-person bus for guests to leave venue. All of the drivers were responsive, and kind. At the end of the night the bus driver even spent an extra ~30 minutes driving the late-night party crew to several different bars after some we intended to go were closed. Overall, 6/5 service. Their prices are fair, and the team is wonderful to work with. I'd highly recommend Limo SF VIP to anyone looking for coach, private limo, or large party needs.

Excellent service! As I was boarding my flight on my way to SFO I was able to book and confirm the service last minute, so quickly. Our driver waited for us by baggage claim and helped us out with our numerous bags. The car was also fabulous! Arriving to SF in style!

Logan limo and SLC airport shuttle questions

Wherever Salt Lake City International’s rules place prearranged cars, and you’ll know the spot before you fly. SLC marks ground-level curb areas for hotel vans, rideshare and the shuttle companies with airport counters, so we confirm where your car will wait and send it with the booking. Airport pickups include a 40-minute free wait that starts at the flight’s official posted arrival, and once your flight number is in, the car’s arrival is set by your real landing. The drive north to Logan is about 84 miles.

Only on a private or charter plane. LGU in North Logan has a 9,020-foot runway and is Utah's second-busiest airport by aircraft operations, but its traffic is cargo flights, private aircraft and Utah State team charters, with no scheduled passenger airline. If you're flying privately, give us the aircraft's tail number and expected landing, and the chauffeur will be waiting at LE Aviation, the field's FBO. Everyone on an airline ticket lands at SLC, 84 miles south, and rides up Sardine Canyon from there.

When the timetable doesn't match your flight, or when there are several of you. Published listings show the shared bus making the trip a handful of times a day in about an hour and 45 minutes. A car you book leaves from your door at the hour you pick, and makes no other stops; how much luggage fits is confirmed in the quote. Groups of four or more fit an SUV or Sprinter, quoted as one fixed transfer price for everyone.

Yes, as an hourly charter. Maverik Stadium, at 1000 North 800 East, seats about 25,500 for football, and the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum, at 900 East 900 North, holds 10,270 for basketball and volleyball. Getting dropped near the gate spares your group the search for a space on a full game day. The chauffeur waits out the game and meets you at a pickup point you agree on beforehand. Ask for the charter to start early enough for a pregame meal if that’s part of the plan.

Yes. The Ellen Eccles Theatre sits at 43 South Main Street in downtown Logan, a restored 1923 house with about 1,100 seats. The 2027 season runs from June 18 to July 13, with Fiddler on the Roof, Pagliacci, The Wizard of Oz and two musicals in repertory. Book the evening by the hour: pickup at your hotel or home, a restaurant stop, the curtain, and the ride back. Guests driving up from Salt Lake for a matinee can book it as one round trip.

Plan around the procession. On Wednesday, May 5, 2027, graduates gather on the University Quad at 5:30 p.m., walk to the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum starting at 6:00, and the ceremony begins at 7:00. No tickets are needed, campus parking is free, and USU posts a Spectrum parking and shuttle map. We'd set your drop-off before 5:30 if you want a spot along the route, and fix a pickup point away from the Spectrum doors. College convocations continue through May 7.

Yes. Space Dynamics Laboratory, the USU-owned research lab that works for the Missile Defense Agency, Space Force and NASA, is headquartered in North Logan, and Schreiber Foods has run a cheese and yogurt plant in Logan since the 1970s. Visitors flying commercially land at SLC, 84 miles south, so a sedan or SUV can bring you up Sardine Canyon to your hotel, run you to the site, and take you back. Put both airport legs on one quote and the departure is never an afterthought.

Distance and time are the main drivers. The run to Salt Lake City International covers 84 miles each way and climbs over Sardine Summit, so the vehicle and chauffeur are committed for around three hours round trip, while a crosstown ride takes minutes. Vehicle size, the date and any waiting add to it. Transfers carry one fixed price; game nights and weddings bill by the hour. On top of that comes a 20 percent gratuity, worked out on the base fare and any stops or waiting, shown as its own line.

Quite a lot, and it’s a useful checklist. SLC’s ground transportation office asks operators to register with the Utah Department of Commerce, hold a city business license or permit, register with the airport, badge every driver, and show a current Utah safety inspection. It also wants an insurance certificate sent straight from the operator’s insurer, with higher coverage required for vehicles of 16 or more seats. Rides we arrange in Cache Valley use vetted local partner operators, and SLC’s ground transportation office, at 801-908-7204, handles those registrations if you want to check a company.

We plan around it before the day, then the chauffeur makes the road call. Sardine Canyon is the pass over the Wellsville Mountains between Brigham City and Cache Valley, and it is a mountain grade, so snow there sets the pace for the whole run. If the forecast turns bad, expect a call from us offering an earlier departure or a different time. On the morning itself, the chauffeur decides whether the canyon is safe to drive. What applies if weather moves or stops a trip is written into your quote.

USU commencement week, May 5 to 7 in 2027, brings graduates' families to Logan, and anyone flying in will need the 84-mile run from SLC. Late August move-in comes next; in 2026 dorm check-in opened on Saturday, August 22. The opera season from June 18 to July 13, Aggie home football Saturdays in the fall, and wedding Saturdays round it out. For any of those, request a quote as soon as your plans are set so the Sprinter or SUV you want is still free.

Close to an hour each way, which makes it an easy summer outing. Garden City on Bear Lake is about 39 miles from Logan on US-89, and the road through Logan Canyon is a National Scenic Byway that tops out near 7,800 feet. Booked by the hour, a Sprinter seating up to 14 can stop at a canyon overlook on the way up, leave time at the lake, and bring everyone back before dark. In winter the same road gets icy, so we plan those trips with more caution.
